Our Practice

Heather Nunn Business Services holds ICB Practice Licence No. 16603 with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.  The ICB is our supervising body in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 (MLR).  We offer Bookkeeping, Payroll and Employment Support and other services to a wide range of local small businesses, charities, churches, membership organisations and individual holders of social services Personal Budgets. 

The Practice manages all aspects of business bookkeeping up to trial balance as required; including budgeting, cashflow, financial control, management information, VAT and CIS. 

We have an ever-growing Payroll Agency offering a full service from timesheet to payslip, including employment contractual documentation for employers.

We can also help smaller employers with Health and Safety legislation and compliance.

We specialise in going that extra mile: providing a fast, accurate personal service designed to support small businesses to succeed.  Our Personal Budget clients can rely on a full service to suit their needs.

Heather Nunn

Director

Heather is a Bookkeeper in public practice since 1983.  She is a qualified ICB Certified Bookkeeper and holds a Diploma in Payroll Management.  She has experience of a wide variety of small businesses of up to 60 employees, including care homes, retail shops, public houses, lettings agents, property developers, event management, registered charities and churches.  She negotiated the status of accredited provider with Norfolk County Council and has developed our offering for Personal Budget holders.

Heather is currently seconded two days a week to manage the Mid Norfolk CAP Debt Centre on a voluntary basis.

Michelle Spratt

Practice Bookkeeper

Michelle joined us in September 2015.  She is a CIMA qualified chartered management accountant with 20 years’ experience in an accounts environment.  Michelle is used to managing all aspects of business bookkeeping up to trial balance, including cashflow, VAT and CIS.  Michelle also heads up Xero, QB Online and dealing in foreign currency.

Michelle has also gained her Bookkeeper and payroll management qualifications with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.

Rebecca Russell

Office Manager

Becky joined us in November 2013.  She is responsible for all our compliance issues and the management of our office.

Administrator

Olivia joined us in July 2016.  With a degree in business, she has over 25 years of experience.  Olivia supports all aspects of the business, providing administrative support.
